Towers Manufacturing Facilities - Cherlapally Unit-I

Aster’s Cherlapally Unit-I plant located in Hyderabad, India has a production capacity of 30,000 MT per annum for the manufacturing of Lattice Type Transmission Towers, Telecom Towers, Broadcast Towers, Wind Mill Towers and Railway Structures. The Plant is spread over an area of 80,937 sq. meters.

The Manufacturing facility is equipped with very efficient and semi automated production equipment to ensure accurate and consistent products which meet stringent global standards.

Cherlapally Unit-I Manufacturing Facility (Plant)

Aster’s manufacturing facility at Cherlapally Unit-I is equipped with an in-house sophisticated laboratory for Mechanical Testing as also easy access to expert and trained manpower from Hyderabad. It has:

Production capacity of 30,000 MT per annum
Galvanization capacity of 30,000 MT per annum
ISO 14001:2004 Certified
Substation structures are approved by Power Grid and Lattice structures are approved by Railways
